I had some routine repairs on my 20+ year-old, manual lift, garage door recently. I appreciate the crew from Overhead Door who did a fine job coordinating the techs who showed up at my property. The first technician completed the tune-up which included roller replacement and lube of other moving parts; the lock mechanism needed added attention. Then, another tech showed up who completed the installation of new moulding around the exterior. I appreciate too that I only had to pay one service charge for the two encounters.

A single spring on my south garage door had weakened and I needed to install the 2nd spring that I had in my garage.   I did that myself, but the system would not balance properly.   I called Overhead Door for some assistance.   DeVontae showed up and proceeded to balance the system.   He was knowledgeable enough to know how to set the reversing feature inside my Genie lift motor.  He set the reversing level higher, and then proceeded to balance the system properly, and now my garage door functions smoothly and quietly as it should.  I really appreciate the support from Overhead Door for keeping my home garage doors functioning properly.   I will certainly call them in the future when I need assistance with my garage doors.

Antonio was our Tech, he did an amazing & thorough job of fixing the issue & went above & beyond. Very competent/respectful young man. They did it quickly and it was done very cost effectively.  They did not even try to sell us a new one since the repair guy said the one we had was excellent. Thank you Overhead we will be back if we ever need anything else.
