They came out quickly and provided a very honest assessment of my garage door and he didn’t tried to sell me on a new garage door or try to say I had multiple problems with my door. Every big company has come to my house and they try to sell me on something I didn’t need. I would not hesitate to use Sandy garage doors again in the future. They are a great local company.

I was in need of services again and a friend recommended that I consider another company. Instead, I chose to continue with Overhead Door, scheduled online, then called to ask a few questions. I had the great fortune of reaching Jeanne in Customer Service. She was kind, warm, knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all of my questions in such a way that I was relieved that I chose to contact Overhead Door for service once again! The price quote that Jeanne provided was excellent, too. My parents have used Overhead Door in another state for years and are always pleased with the service and pricing that they receive. I was surprised to learn that this company has been in business for 100 years. Their reviews are excellent and my experience with Jeanne reinforced my decision. After ensuring that she answered all of my questions, Jeanne reviewed my appointment information and said that the technician will call me when he's on the way. I received such excellent customer service from Jeanne that it was important for me to let others know about Overhead Door's exceptional customer service, prices and long history. 5 Stars!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had to call around for my Mom, the spring on her garage door busted.  After calling 3 or 4 companies, it was a clear choice.  Overhead door was transparent on the cost and prompt to fix her door, the technician, ?Anthony? was very personable and very thorough.  No attempt to upsell any other services or products.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arrived when they said they would and made the repairs quickly. Unfortunately, our home still had its original Overhead Door to the garage and we were told those panels on the garage door were no longer available. We discussed our options and decided to do just a little maintenance on the door that we had and the two Service tax gave us a rundown of what could be done. We made our choice they did the minor amount of maintenance and let us know that we could call them and they would do whatever minor maintenance was needed to keep the darn garage door functioning.

Grateful for these guys and their knowledge and their productivity in finding out what the problem was and giving accurate information for us to make our decisions
